Mechanical engineer

Job Description:

1. Cooperate with the technical department's design sketch requirements, timely draw the drawings required for processing, and be able to draw 3d simulation drawings and effect drawings;

2. Assist the technical department to complete the final design of the required machine;

3. Organized and coordinated the detailed design of the subordinate designers, and controlled the design progress and quality according to the project schedule;

4. Coordinate and communicate with PLC, software and other departments, provide technical support for procurement, production machining, assembly debugging, acceptance and after-sales;

5. Experience in automatic non-standard design and selection of ball screw, guide rail and other automatic parts;

6. Have certain experience in equipment installation and debugging.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing, instrumentation and industrial automation;

2. Familiar with metal technology and material mechanics, hands-on ability, and have a certain knowledge of thermodynamics;

3. More than two years of experience in mechanical design, familiar with CAD software, and have certain application of 3D drawing software;

4. Cheerful, flexible and good team work spirit;

5. Hard-working, able to go on short-term business trips according to company needs;

6, semiconductor industry experience is preferred, highly educated and modest and studious young preference.
