Process engineer

Job Description:

1. Responsible for debugging and optimization design of semiconductor-related process;

2. Responsible for the improvement and promotion of finished product rate;

3. Responsible for verification of semiconductor equipment process indicators and preparation of corresponding SOP;

4. Responsible for sample measurement of customers;

5. Assist in confirming process indicators of new equipment development.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in semiconductor material deposition, device preparation or simulation is preferred;

2, PhD or master degree with 2 years or above working experience, chemistry background, excellent fresh graduate is considered;

3. Good English reading and writing skills;

4, innovative and team spirit, hard-working.
