After-sales service engineer(Xi 'an, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai)

Description of position:
Job Description:
1. Daily service work at the technical level of the company's equipment, including remote or on-site solutions to customers' doubts and problems in product application;
2. Installation, commissioning, acceptance and after-sales maintenance of the company's equipment;
3. Provide equipment training, maintenance and follow-up technical support to customers;
4. Develop and maintain good customer relations, participate in and implement customer service plans;
5. Other matters assigned by department manager.
Job Requirements:
1, have semiconductor or non-standard equipment (dust-free workshop) after-sales service experience, understand vacuum equipment and vacuum principle, familiar with vacuum system composition, vacuum equipment and ALD/CVD coating equipment operation has a certain safety cognition, excellent fresh graduates can also;
2, low-voltage electrician certificate is preferred; Familiar with PLC; Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings; Semiconductor process background is preferred;
3. Able to solve problems independently, write report documents, and adapt to travel;
4. Good communication skills and sense of responsibility.
