Electrical development engineer

Description of position:
Job Description:
1, according to the process, mechanical requirements, develop and design control plan;
2. Cooperate with the research and development of new equipment, draw drawings and prepare component BOM table. PLC programming, installation and debugging, field debugging;
3. Maintenance and transformation of electrical parts of existing equipment;
4. Collection, sorting and archiving of electrical and graphic materials;
5. Iterative optimization of standard products and cost control;
6, familiar with Befu Huichuan, Siemens PLC servo control, programming and debugging.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in automation or electrical engineering or automation, with electrical control design experience of semiconductor equipment or non-standard automation design experience or preferred;
2, 3-5 years of work experience, with more than 1000 points of non-standard automation system design, debugging experience, familiar with frequency conversion, RFID servo, cylinder, PID, remote site configuration and debugging, proficient in more than one mainstream PLC, configuration software, electrical instrumentation and other industrial automation products. English requires a certain amount of reading and writing ability;
3, semiconductor, vacuum design, fluid process design (chemical, medical, beverage filling, etc.) experience is preferred, high education and modest and studious young people are preferred. Electrical automation professional solid foundation, have a strong interest in electrical automatic control, strong hands-on ability, proficient in professional design software;
4, strong ability to be good at technical communication education relaxed to junior college
5, semiconductor ALD, CVD work experience is preferred
6, familiar with the basic circuit principle and automatic control theory, has a good automation theory foundation. Proactive, good communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability, team spirit, able to work under pressure;
7, can bear hardships and stand hard work, can adapt to travel, can accept regular overtime and telephone duty.
