SEMICON China, the annual grand meeting of the domestic semiconductor industry, was successfully held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from June 29 to July 1, 2023 after two years of absence. ANAME participated in the event for the first time as a supplier of atomic layer deposition (ALD) and silicon-based epitaxy (EPI) equipment.

ANAME showcased its key products and market strategies to its partners in the 3-day exhibition. We have secured purchase orders for multi-chamber ALD equipment catered to technology node of 28nm and beyond. Its material quality and production line stability in high k and low-temperature high-conductivity nitrides was recognized by our customers. Products targeting power semiconductor, optoelectronic display, and scientific research markets received numerous of enquiries and intended orders due to their tailored chamber structures and production capacity for related industries. The highly advanced 12-inch Si/SiGe epitaxial equipment, which was fully developed by ANAME, has received great attention from numerous foundries and epitaxial wafer manufacturers due to its technological advantages and potential in replacing similar products from our international competitors.
