The First Forum on Semiconductor Parts Precision Machining and Surface Treatment Technology was held in Tongling City on 20th Oct, which was jointly organized by Tongling Yuanhe Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. and the Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee.

Mr. Zheng Jin, President of Tongling Yuanhe Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., delivered the opening speech first. He stated that precision component processing and surface treatment technology play a crucial role in semiconductor equipment industry, and Tongling Yuanhe will uphold its vision to continuously explore its own potential and contribute to the development of domestic supply chain of semiconductor equipment components.

Mr. Xiao Zongjian, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone, introduced the beautiful city of Tongling. Tongling, also known as the "Copper Capital", has been an important copper producing area in China since ancient times. The first batch of copper water in China was produced in Tongling. Director Xiao also emphasized that Tongling Economic Development Zone would promote the increase and improvement of foreign investment, and fully support the development of semiconductor equipment manufacturing enterprises.

Ms. Feng Li, Senior Director of Semi China, shared an analysis of global and domestic semiconductor market insights based on the current situation and prospects of the global semiconductor industry. She commented on the future path of semiconductor equipment and precision components domestic supply chain from the perspective of the scale and support of the third phase of the national semiconductor fund.

Dr. Yang Lin, General Manager of Nanjing DECOWELL Automation Co., Ltd., gave a speech on "Focusing on Industrial Data Bus Solutions and Supporting the New Ecology of Intelligent Manufacturing in Semiconductor Industry". Not only did he analyze the development prospects in industrial bus solutions of semiconductor intelligent manufacturing, he also provided opinions and suggestions for Yuanhe and its cooperation with DECOWELL from the perspective of optimizing manufacturing processes.

Dr. Tao Jifang, General Manager of Qingdao Xinnovis Technology Co., Ltd., demonstrated the current development status and future trends of gas flow controllers in China based on "advanced gas flow measurement and control technology", and pointed out the role that high-end processing and surface treatment enterprises like Tongling Yuanhe can play in overcoming the challenges that domestic supply chain of flow related key components is facing.

Dr. Deng Jianqi, General Manager of Shanghai Jinnaisi Semiconductor Co., Ltd., shared the special welding and high-end mirror gold plating technology in precision component processing, and made a forecast of key technologies that would emerge in semiconductor component processing industry in the coming years.

Mr. Yang Shaohui, Deputy General Manager of Xingqi Shanghai Semiconductor Co., Ltd., provided insights into the future of the high-end component industry based on the roadmap of semiconductor equipment upgrades, and predicted the demand and technical difficulties of high-end components in the domestic market in the years to come.

As the final speaker, Mr. Shi Wen, the investment director of PTP Capital analyzed the domestic semiconductor parts market from the perspective of the capital market, and explained how a parts processing company should highlight its own strength in the financing process.
