On June 24, 2026, Mr. Yu Ting, Deputy Secretary-General of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Full-time Deputy Director of the Provincial Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, led a research team to Nanjing Yuanlei Nano Materials Co., Ltd. for a thematic investigation on accelerating the layout of atomic-level manufacturing construction in our province. The company has been honored with titles such as High-Tech Enterprise, Nanjing City Cultivated Unicorn Enterprise, and Jiangsu Province Specialized and Fine-Scale Innovative SME. Its founders have been recognized as "Jiangsu Province Twin Innovation Talents" and "Entrepreneurial Nanjing" awardees. The company currently holds nearly 100 independent intellectual property rights. General Manager Zheng Jiangchen highlighted the company's approval for the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 2025 Future Industry Innovation Task Challenge (Atomic-Level Manufacturing Direction). This project involves Selective Atomic Layer Growth Technology: Addressing the increasing proportion of alignment structure manufacturing overlay errors and reliability decline in advanced nodes, developing surface region-selective passivation and activation modification techniques for selective deposition, overcoming surface nucleation defect selective removal technology in non-growth regions, and establishing high-reliability, streamlined steps for selective deposition processes and technologies of interconnect dielectric surface dielectric materials.

Vice Secretary General Yu Yue highly praised the breakthrough achievements of Yuan Lei Nano in the field of high-end semiconductor equipment. He stated that atomic level manufacturing is the strategic high ground for future industrial competition, and hopes that Yuan Lei Nano will continue to deepen its core technology research and accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and contribute greater strength to Jiangsu's construction of a national level future industrial pilot zone and the cultivation of new quality productivity.

This survey deepened the understanding of the cutting-edge field of atomic level manufacturing by the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party, and also built a bridge for the deep connection between Yuan Lei Nano and government departments.
